Yesterday you said you were going to pack your lunch, plan for dinner, and another day goes by and you're running through a drive thru or picking up something on your way home. There never seems be enough time in the day.

The best thing you could do... plan ahead! Plan ahead each weekend for the upcoming week. Make out your grocery list, and even break into two shopping trips during the week for more fresh meat and produce.
