I had been working out on my own at a local gym and was working out about a hour and a half a day Monday through Friday. I would follow the same routine Monday,Wednesday, and Friday then a different one on Tuesday and Thursday. I was bored out of my mind and needed a change.


I worked out most of my life,but really wasn't taught how. I had never been so called "over weight",but I knew I should be down about 10 lbs. My boring routine wasn't getting m anywhere.


My friends Milissa & Michelle worked out at Redzone and would talk to me about going and trying it out. I knew about Redzone also because my son Michael had been doing Personal Training with David since the opening of the Redzone. Michael was training specifically with David for football and would come home drenched after being with David for just a half hour.I would always ask about his workout and wonder how he could get that sweaty in a half hour. Michael would just say," it was tough" and I would tell him, "It's Only 30 Minutes!"


Well, my friends finally talked me into it, I figured I wouldn't cancel my member membership just in case I didn't like it and 30 minutes did not seem long enough for me to get a good workout.

Well, all I have to say is....David set goals for me and I no longer need that gym membership and I was hooked!!

It has been almost 2 years and I have met and exceeded the goals David set for me and feel like i'm in the best shape of my life at 49 years young!!


The difference between Redzone and other programs are that you have a Personal Trainer watching and know what is truly best for you. If you have problems with a certain part of your body,you just let David know and he will modify and get you doing what's best for you. I also enjoy Redzone because i'm working out with people who have the same goals and want to succeed. I've made new friends and we actually enjoy working out together


I would highly recommend Redzone Performance Fitness Center for anyone who wants to get into shape and stay that way. Maybe even start out with Personal Training and then doing Boot Camp.David is professional,positive, and will answer any question.
